Voting Question: I'm trying to help my brother something about a Queen show...?

He has found a clip on You Tube of Queen performing by the Champs Ellysee with Elton John singing lead vocal (this was performed apparently a few weeks after Freddie died) to the song The Show Must Go On. Can anyone tell me what show this is from? I'm guessing it is a french show?
